This submission to inform the Special Rapporteur’s upcoming Thematic report on the nexus between violence against women and girls, discrimination in nationality laws, and statelessness summarises the main findings and recommendations from our research, drawn from our Statelessness Index and previous consultations held with ENS members, including community members and Romani women activists.
